Decorated product can only be returned if it is damaged in production. Contact Customer Service to receive your replacement within 7-10 business days. If your product is no longer available, an alternative product will be suggested.
Lipic's is not responsible for sizing choices, and will not replace decorated apparel that does not fit. However, blank items can be returned and exchanged for new sizes.
Products requiring monograms will be embroidered exactly as the information appears. Be sure to check spelling before submitting your order. Products will not be refunded for misspelled monograms.
